Resurrected Furniture Design at the Round Top, Texas Antique Fair
We have a blast visiting the Round Top, Texas Antique Fair every single year as a vendor, we love showing off our work, talking with all of the visitors, and even talking furniture and tips with other vendors! We have met people from every corner of the country at this point, a lot of which travel a very long way just to be able to make it to this show. Hotels in the area are booked years in advance for this show if that gives you any idea how popular it is. If you're looking for variety, this is the place to find it. Plenty of people are available to help move things out to your car, and shippers are available to set up shipping to your home for any big pieces. This show has been around for more than 50 years now, so it's legitimate. If you're in or around Warrenton, Texas, come pay us a visit! The show runs from March 17th to April 5th every year, so you've got plenty of time to take a day trip and check it all out! We work hard to replicate the same methods and ways of working master craftsmen of the past did when building replica pieces. Vintage furniture is a big hit these days, but the pricetag can take a huge hit on your wallet. Furniture that’s fabricated on a large scale tends to just be replicas of the same thing, with a custom piece YOU get exactly what you want and can be guaranteed that it's unique. The smallest details matter with your custom pieces, we don't take any little thing for granted. We’ve come across all too many “vintage” pieces that are obvious fakes and don't even try to be or look period-accurate, it truly makes us sad to see that.
Furniture Restoration Service
A lot of people have older pieces in their home that they absolutely love, but as they start to tarnish they can really start to look bad. Fret not, as long as it's not too far gone it can always be restored back to its former glory. A lot of these pieces really just need a solid facelift to get them looking as great as they once did, we don't consider a job done until it's absolutely perfect. There are a lot of “amateur craftsmen” out there that would love to save you a few bucks and do your restoration, but be careful. It'll usually cost more to fix this than it will to just have the best work done to begin with.
